Um unsere Logistik auf das nächste Level zu bringen, suchen wir zum 01.12.2026 oder früher einen motivierten Sachbearbeiter im Versand (w/m/d) in Teilzeit (25 h) , der unser dynamisches Team verstärkt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • *Abwicklung:* Organisation und Überwachung des Versandprozesses
  • *Dokumentation:* Erstellung von Fracht-, Zoll- und Begleitpapieren, Rechnungen und Gutschriften sowie Rechnungsprüfung
  • *Koordination:* Schnittstellenkommunikation mit internen Abteilungen, Speditionen und Frachtführern
  • *Sendungsverfolgung:* Proaktives Tracking der Lieferungen und Klärung von Transportverzögerungen
  • *Reklamationsbearbeitung:* Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Transportschäden und Fehlmeldungen

Ihr Profil:

  • *Ausbildung:* erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • *Berufserfahrung:* mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versand und Logistik
  • *EDV-Kenntnisse:* sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen (idealerweise ProAlpha)
  • *Sprachkenntnisse:* gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
