  • Sie koordinieren die Versandaktivitäten mit dem Ordermanagement, der Dokumentationsstelle und weiteren Schnittstellenabteilungen.
  • Sie nehmen die entsprechenden Versandanweisungen auf und erstellen, komplettieren und verteilen alle für den Versand relevante Dokumente und Unterlagen unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben.
  • Sie generieren oder fordern Lieferscheine an und avisieren die Sendungen bei den relevanten Speditionen.
  • Sie koordinieren die Frachtübergabe.

  • Sie haben Ihre Berufsausbildung in einem 3-jährigen kaufmännischen Ausbildungsberuf (z.B. Speditionskaufmann/ -frau, Industriekaufmann/ -frau) erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie bringen eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Spedition / Charterverkehre mit.
  • Sie haben Erfahrung im Versand von Gefahrgüter.
  • Der Besitz eine Staplerführerscheins ist wünschenswert.
  • Gute SAP-und MS Office-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
