# Ihre Aufgaben als Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

  • Als Sachbearbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zuständig
  • Sie erstellen und verfolgen Ersatzteilangebote
  • Die Kundenstammpflege im ERP-System gehört zu Ihren täglichen Aufgaben
  • Sie bearbeiten eingehende Reklamationen und dokumentieren diese
  • Die Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Wartungseinsätzen rundet Ihr abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenfeld ab

# Ihr Profil als Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

  • Sie haben Ihre kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, beispielsweise als Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) oder Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), oder verfügen über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Falls Sie bereits mehrere Jahre im Vertriebsinnendienst oder in der Auftragsbearbeitung tätig waren, wäre das für uns von großem Vorteil
  • Ihre MS Office-Kenntnisse sind hervorragend, und idealerweise haben Sie auch Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem ERP-System
  • Wir erwarten, dass Sie die deutsche Sprache sicher beherrschen und auch in der englischen Sprache gut kommunizieren können
