Ihr Aufgabenbereich | Hiermit unterstützen Sie uns:

Betreuung unseres deutschen Kundenstamms aus der Möbelindustrie

Selbstständige Bearbeitung von individuellen Kundenanfragen inkl. Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung

Endverantwortung für die Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen entlang des gesamten Prozesses von Auftragserfassung bis zum Rechnungsversand und Reklamationsbearbeitung

Teilnahme an Messeauftritten und ggf. Kundenbesuchen

Ihr Profil | Das bringen Sie mit:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, kaufmännisch-technische oder ähnliche Berufsausbildung

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

Versierter Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen

Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Dienstleistungsorientierung

Selbstständigkeit und Belastbarkeit

Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
