Die movezeit GmbH wurde im November 2007 gegründet. Seitdem betreuen wir deutschlandweit viele Kundenunternehmen im Bereich der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. Dabei konzentrieren wir uns auf die Überlassung von Fachkräften und Spezialisten.

Unser Kunde ist ein mittelständiges Unternehmen im Automotive-Bereich und sucht einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) für seinen Standort in der Wirtschaftsregion Leipzig/Halle.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Kalkulationen
  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Angebotsanfragen
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellanforderungen
  • Prüfung und Dokumentation von Bestellungen in internen Systemen
  • Kommunikation mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Sicherstellung diverser administrativer Innendienstaufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Key-Account Managements

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation – idealerweise im Automobilbereich
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, vorzugsweise im Konzernumfeld
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse MS-Office sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP)
  • Selbständige strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie starke Teamfähigkeit
