### Sachbearbeiter Verwaltung und Disposition | Spritzguss (m/w/d)

  • Beschäftigungsort: Georgensgmünd
  • Anstellung: Vollzeit
  • Eintrittstermin: ab sofort

Aufgaben

  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Erfassung von Kundenbestellungen
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Abschluss von Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Abstimmung mit Kunden und Fertigung
  • Erstellung von Lieferplänen für den Versand und Zollpapieren
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Klärung von Ausgangsrechnungen und Erstellung von Gutschriften
  • Entgegennahme von Reklamationen
  • Beauftragung von Fremddienstleistungen und Abwicklung kostenloser Beistellungen
  • Überwachung der Lagerbestände und Mitwirkung bei Inventuren

Voraussetzungen und Fähigkeiten

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Organisationstalent sowie eine kundenorientierte, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Anwenderkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Zollabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
