What You Can Expect :

  • Die professionelle Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Fahrer gehört zu Deinem täglichen Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Terminsendungen werden von Dir überwacht, damit eine pünktliche und reibungslose Auslieferung sichergestellt ist.
  • Für unsere Fahrer erstellst Du die erforderlichen Lade- und Transportpapiere sorgfältig und zuverlässig.
  • Die Prüfung und Kontrolle von Quittungen führst Du gewissenhaft durch und sorgst für eine korrekte Dokumentation.
  • Mit Deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise trägst Du zu einem effizienten Ablauf im Transport- und Logistikalltag bei.

What You Bring:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, bildet die Grundlage für Deinen beruflichen Werdegang.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Abfertigung oder in einem speditionellen Umfeld ist von Vorteil und erleichtert Dir den Einstieg.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office gehört für Dich ebenso zum Arbeitsalltag wie die Anwendung von Transportmanagement-Systemen, idealerweise mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus.
  • Organisationsgeschick, Zuverlässigkeit und eine hohe Serviceorientierung runden Dein Profil ab.
