Wir sind ein junges und dynamisches Unternehmen in dem Bereich der Prüfung und Sortierung von Massenteilen. Mit aktuell 26 Mitarbeitern an unserem neuen Standort in Werdohl bearbeiten wir in Lohndienstleistung mit eigens entwickelten Maschinen automatisiert Aufträge für die Automobilindustrie. Unser Ziel ist es unter größtmöglicher Flexibilität als Servicepartner für unseren Kunden einen Mehrwert in dem Bereich Qualitätssicherung darzustellen.

Wareneingangsbuchungen von unseren Kundenaufträgen
Erstellung der Warenbegleitpapiere nach Vorlagen
Lieferscheinerstellung und Avisierung per E-Mail oder Telefon
Allgemeine Telefonannahmen und Abstimmungen nach Vorgabe
Pflege von Dokumenten und allgemeine Bürotätigkeit wie Ablage etc.

Sicherer Umgang mit PC
Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Flexibel, belastbar und teamfähig
Vorkenntnisse mit der Software Lexware Warenwirtschaft wünschenswert

Arbeiten in einem jungen und dynamischen Team
Neu und modern ausgestattete Räumlichkeiten mit modernster Softwareunterstützung
