  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Disposition von Kurier- und Sondersendungen in Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internationalen Logistikpartnern
  • Überwachung des gesamten Transportstatus von der Anmeldung bis zur termingerechten Anlieferung
  • Erstellung aller erforderlichen Transportdokumente einschließlich der Zollabwicklung
  • Entwicklung effizienter und zuverlässiger Transportlösungen gemeinsam mit einem internationalen Team
  • Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für sämtliche Fragen rund um Zoll, Transport und Logistik
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Industrie- oder Speditionskaufmann
  • Erfahrung in der Exportabwicklung und Transportdisposition, vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen sowie schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Programme, insbesondere MS Office-Paket und SAP
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise im internationalen Umfeld sowie aktive Einbringung eigener Ideen und Erfahrungen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die erfolgreiche Kommunikation im internationalen Umfeld
