In der HAEMATO PHARM GmbH, ein Unternehmen der PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG, ist ab sofort die Stelle als Sachbearbeiter Zulassungen Parallelimport (m/w/d) zu besetzen.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung von Zulassungsverfahren für den Parallelvertrieb/-import von Arzneimitteln
  • Pflege bestehender Zulassungen inkl. Erstellung und Einreichung von Annual Updates, Annual Reports, Änderungsanzeigen und Verlängerungen
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Optimierung von Packmitteln für Arzneimittel (z.B. Kartonagen, Gebrauchsinformationen, Etiketten)
  • Kommunikation mit Behörden, Zulassungs- und Markeninhabern sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Dokumentation, Ablage und Archivierung von regulatorischen Unterlagen Datenpflege im Warenwirtschaftssystem

### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Quereinstieg
  • Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ein hohes Maß an Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Teamfähigkeit
