- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Industriekauffrau, Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau, Bürokauffrau oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung in der Export- und Auftragsabwicklung
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Exportdokumenten (z. B. Ursprungszeugnisse, Zoll- und Versanddokumente)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
### Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Auftragsbearbeitung und -abwicklung internationaler Kunden
- Erstellung von Export-, Versand- und Zolldokumenten
- Terminüberwachung und Lieferkoordination
- Kundenbetreuung im In- und Ausland
- Kommunikation mit Speditionen, Zollbehörden und Geschäftspartnern
- Reklamationsbearbeitung und Stammdatenpflege
