Die BPS Personalmanagement GmbH ist eine moderne Personalberatungs- und Coachingagentur. Im Auftrag eines Kundenunternehmens in Düsseldorf ist die Stelle SachbearbeiterIn Einkauf (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu besetzen.

# Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung im Einkauf
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Angeboten in Excel, inkl. übersichtlicher Darstellung von Preisunterschieden (in Euro und Prozent)
  • Kommunikation per E-Mail mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Telefonischer und persönlicher Kundenkontakt
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Daten in unseren Systemen

# Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung in der Bürosachbearbeitung bzw. kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung
  • Sichere Excel-Kenntnisse (z. B. Aufbereitung von Angeboten, Preisvergleiche)
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt – Sie gehen offen auf Menschen zu
  • Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Wohnort mit angemessener, gut planbarer Anfahrt zum Standort
