# Sachbearbeiterin Lohn und Gehalt (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten sowie Verwaltung von abrechnungsrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen Fragen rund um die Entgeltabrechnung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Krankenkassen und externen Dienstleistern

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Abrechnungssystemen und MS Office
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
