Verantwortlich für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung, u.a. Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen in 20 bis 25 Stunden pro Woche

Pflege von Stammdaten und Datenarchiv

Durchführung von Kontenklärung und Kontenabstimmungen zur Identifikation und Bereinigung von Differenzen

Kommunikation mit internen Fachabteilungen

Klärung von buchhalterischen Sachverhalten mit externen Ansprechpartnern

Vertretung der Debitorenbuchhaltung

Ihr Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

Erfahrung in ERP-System, wünschenswert aber nicht Voraussetzung: Infor

Gewissenhafte, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise

Englisch Grundkenntnisse

Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
