  • Organisation des internationalen Versands (Luft-, See- und Straßentransport)
  • Erstellung von Versandpapieren und Ausfuhrdokumenten
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung der Kundenaufträge in unserem EDV-System
  • Kontakt zu Speditionen, Zoll, IHK und Pflanzenschutzdienst
  • Abstimmung und Verfolgung von Lieferterminen
  • Prüfung von Transportrechnungen sowie Einholung und Vergleich von Frachtangeboten
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Speditions-, Industrie-, oder Außenhandelskaufmann
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung mit MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten in Voll- oder Teilzeit
