Sachbearbeitung Gremienmanagement Jugend (m/w/d)

Was deinen Job ausmacht:

  • Allgemeine Sachbearbeitung
  • Unterstützung der Ressortleitung und der BSJ-Geschäftsleitung bei der Organisation des laufenden Geschäftsbetriebs
  • Organisatorische Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen und Tagungen der BSJ Vorstandschaft
  • Information und Beratung von Vereinen und Übungsleitern über Angebote der BSJ
  • Unterstützung ehrenamtlicher Mitarbeiter in der praktischen Arbeit

  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) und sicherer Umgang mit modernen Kommunikations- und Arbeitsmitteln

  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit
