# Sachbearbeitung (m/w/d) im Bauamt

Sachgebiet 41, Teilzeit mit 19,5 bis 24 Wochenstunden

## Aufgaben:

  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von baurechtlichen Genehmigungsverfahren
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Abgeschlossenheitsbescheinigungen nach dem Wohnungseigentumsgesetz (WEG)
  • Beratungen und Besprechungen mit Bürgern, Städten und Gemeinden zusätzlich zum genehmigungs- und bauaufsichtlichem Verfahren
  • Abgabe von Stellungnahmen als Träger öffentlicher Belange

## Anforderungen:

  • Beschäftigte mit Fachprüfung II oder
  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Public Management
