Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine zuverlässige und engagierte Sachbearbeitung (m/w/d) im Bereich Homecare in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Abrechnung von Leistungen und Produkten
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Ermittlung und Vermittlung des individuellen Bedarfs
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Bereich Homecare
  • Kommunikation mit Kundinnen und Kunden, Kostenträgern sowie weiteren Ansprechpartnern

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ist wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung
  • Erfahrungen im Gesundheitswesen beziehungsweise im Homecare-Bereich sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Kundenorientierte und freundliche Kommunikation
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

Wir bieten

  • Eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 40 Wochenstunden
  • Arbeitszeit grundsätzlich Montag bis Donnerstag von 07:45 bis 17:00 Uhr, freitags bis 14:00 Uhr
  • Eine gewisse Gleitzeit beziehungsweise flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung im Rahmen der betrieblichen Möglichkeiten
  • Ein abwechslungsreiches Tätigkeitsfeld im Gesundheitswesen
  • Eine strukturierte Einarbeitung in die Aufgabenbereiche
