Sachbearbeitung (m/w/d) in der Buchhaltung

Der Einsatzort ist im linksrheinischen Düsseldorf. Der Einsatz ist mit der Option auf Übernahme geplant

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung aller anfallenden Aufgaben in der Sachbuchhaltung, z.B. Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen und Durchführung von Abschlussbuchungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen für verschiedene Gesellschaften
  • Abrechnung und Kontrolle von Firmenkreditkarten
  • Klärung buchhalterischer Sachverhalte und Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit anderen Buchhaltungsbereichen, zentralen Funktionen und der Muttergesellschaft
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung - idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
