Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der regionalen Schulentwicklung
  • Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Sitzungen inkl. Protokollführung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Evaluation und Fortschreibung des Schulentwicklungsplans
  • Erhebung und Aufbereitung statistischer Daten
  • Ausbildungsbeauftragte/r
  • Koordination von Terminen und Abstimmungsprozessen mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Mitarbeit in weiteren Aufgaben des Sachgebiets

Ihr Profil

  • Verwaltungsfachangestellter (m/w/d), 1. Prüfung nach der Entgeltordnung, Angestelltenprüfung I, Verwaltungswirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen

Ihre Perspektive

Die Stelle wird zunächst befristet im Rahmen einer Elternzeitvertretung mit einem Stellenanteil von 75 % ausgeschrieben und bietet je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bis Entgeltgruppe 8 TVöD / Besoldungsgruppe A 8 LBesO. Dienstort ist Karlsruhe.
