  • Annahme und Erstbearbeitung der Kundenanfragen
  • Anlegung von Projekten in der Software Taifun
  • Anlegen des Formulars „Schadensbericht“
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Preisgestaltung verstehen
  • Nach Auftragseingang:
  • Koordination / Terminierung der eigenen Service-/Trocknungstechniker
  • Koordination der Leistungspartner sowie des Materials
  • allgemeine Unterstützung der Geschäftsführer, Projekt- und Bauleiter
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Abschlagsrechnungen
  • nach Auftragsende:
  • Schlussrechnungen der Leistungspartner anfordern
  • Generell:
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei Auftragsanfragen, Rückfragen zu laufenden Projekten, Änderungswünschen etc.
  • Dokumentation sowie Daten- und Systempflege
  • schriftliche, telefonische und elektronische Kommunikation
  • allgemeine administrative Arbeiten
  • Vor-Ort-Termin für Projektleiter vereinbaren
  • Umgang mit dem SBW-Leistungskatalog beherrschen
  • allgemeine Mitwirkung in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung von Trocknungs- und Sanierungsprojekten
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Schlussrechnungen
