  • Verantwortung für das Fremdfirmenmanagement, d.h. Ersteinweisung, Betreuung und Koordination aller Fremdfirmen in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Projektleitern
  • Verwaltung der Zugangsberechtigungen für Flurförderfahrzeug sowie Verantwortung für die Beauftragung von deren Wartung und Reparaturen
  • Verantwortung für die Organisation von gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Prüfungen (z.B. von Gefahrstoffschränke, Leitern und Tritten oder Hubarbeitsbühnen)
  • Unterstützung beim Erstellen von Anweisungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen im Bereich Technik
  • Mitarbeit bei der Aktualisierung und Pflege von unserem Wartungsprogramm Maintool
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fremdfirmenmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit aktuellen EDV-Anwendungen
  • Ausgeprägte Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
