Die MAS Elektronik AG ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und im Vertrieb von Unterhaltungselektronik und Solarlösungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung im Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftsprogrammen und erster praktischer Erfahrung im E-Commerce-Umfeld.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen über unser Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail oder Telefon
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden im Rahmen des Vertriebsinnendienstes
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten
  • Abwicklung und Begleitung von Bestellungen über E-Commerce-Plattformen wie Amazon , eBay und weitere Marktplätze
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Lager, Logistik und Technik
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Kundenservice
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem (z. B. SAP, Lexware, o. Ä.)
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit E-Commerce-Plattformen (z. B. Amazon, eBay)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse (z. B. Englisch) sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
