Devoucoux is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative in a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse-related activities, for the territory of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and New Mexico.

What you'll be doing is...

Working in outside sales as a saddle fitting specialist, in direct contact with equine professionals, you’ll apply your unique sales talents and passion for the equine world to:

• •Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory
• •Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
• •Represent Devoucoux at horse shows
• •Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service

Requirements

Sales Representative Requirements:

• •Prior successful field sales experience is a plus, additional sales training will be provided
• •You have a clean driving record and are ready to hit the road
• •Excellent interpersonal skills
• •Strong organizational skills and are a independent and dynamic person
• •You are a passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows

Sales Representative Benefits:

• •You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential

Sales Representative Salary:

We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.

Potential salary including base + commissions:

• •Year 1: Potential of $55K (including base & unlimited commission)
• •Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85K (including base & unlimited commission)
• •Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (including base & unlimited commission)
