  • (M/W/D) DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL Moderation agiler Meetings wie
  • Iterationsplanungen, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews und Retrospektiven
  • Coaching des Teams hinsichtlich Scrum, Kanban und SAFe sowie
  • kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung agiler Arbeitsweisen und Prozesse.
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Verfeinerung des Backlogs sowie
  • Sicherstellung, dass Aufgaben ausreichend für die Entwicklung
  • vorbereitet sind. Identifikation und Beseitigung von Hindernissen und
  • Überwachung des Arbeitsfortschritts Vorbereitung und Begleitung des
  • PI Plannings sowie Abstimmung der Teamziele mit den übergeordneten
  • Zielen des Agile Release Trains (ART). Koordination
  • teamübergreifender Abhängigkeiten, Unterstützung beim
  • Risikomanagement und Begleitung von Systemdemos sowie der Integration
  • von Arbeitsergebnissen. Förderung der agilen Transformation,
  • Vermittlung der SAFe-Prinzipien an Teammitglieder und Stakeholder
  • sowie Stärkung der Selbstorganisation und Eigenverantwortung DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Umfeld oder
  • vergleichbare Qualifikation Zertifizierung als Scrum Master sowie
  • zwingend erforderliche SAFe-Zertifizierung. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in
  • skalierten agilen Umgebungen auf Konzernebene Verhandlungssichere
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-,
