This position is based in Racine, WI , supporting Case New Holland operations . The facility provides warehouse services including pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management, playing a key role in daily production support.

Responsibilities

• •Support and promote facility safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• •Conduct routine safety observations, inspections, and facility walkthroughs.
• •Identify potential workplace hazards and partner with operations leadership on corrective actions.
• •Coordinate and document employee safety training, orientations, and refresher training.
• •Assist with incident, injury, near-miss, and workplace accident investigations.
• •Maintain safety records, training documentation, and other required reporting.
• •Monitor employee compliance with established safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• •Support safe material-handling practices throughout warehouse operations.
• •Participate in safety meetings and communicate safety expectations to employees.
• •Track safety concerns and follow up on corrective actions through completion.
• •Partner with facility leadership to reinforce accountability and improve overall safety performance.
• •Support emergency preparedness activities and facility safety initiatives.
• •Perform additional safety and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• •High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Health, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• •Previous safety experience within a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or industrial environment preferred.
• •Familiarity with workplace safety practices and OSHA requirements preferred.
• •Strong communication and organizational skills.
• •Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• •Comfortable working directly with hourly employees, supervisors, and facility leadership.
• •Ability to identify concerns, communicate expectations, and follow through on corrective actions.
• •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• •Ability to work in an active warehouse environment and adjust to changing operational priorities.
