#### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das programmweite Safety Management in komplexen Raumfahrt- und Technologieprojekten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Safety-Anforderungen über den gesamten Systemlebenszyklus hinweg
  • Durchführung und Steuerung von Safety- und Risikoanalysen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Management sicherheitskritischer Risiken und Abhängigkeiten
  • Leitung von Safety Reviews, Audits sowie Unterstützung von Nachweis- und Zulassungsaktivitäten
  • Beratung von Programmleitung, Engineering und Kunden in allen Safety-relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Steuerung segmentübergreifender Safety-Aktivitäten sowie fachliche Koordination von Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung von Kundenreviews, Integrations-, Test- und Abnahmekampagnen

#### Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Physik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Safety Engineering, Safety Management oder RAMS-Umfeld komplexer technischer Systeme
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Safety- und Systems-Engineering-Methoden sowie gängiger Sicherheitsanalysen (z. B. FHA, FMEA/FMECA, FTA)
  • Erfahrung in der Definition, Verifikation und Nachweisführung von Safety-Anforderungen
  • Gutes Verständnis komplexer Systemarchitekturen und sicherheitskritischer Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Behörden, Zertifizierungsstellen und Lieferanten
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
