Position: Security Officer / Supervisor

Shift: Night Shift

Location: Goa Panjim

Reporting To: HR / Administration Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our employees, office premises, and company property during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• •Monitor and secure the office premises during the night shift.
• •Maintain visitor and security logs accurately.
• •Conduct regular rounds of the office premises.
• •Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
• •Ensure doors, windows, access points, and restricted areas are properly secured.
• •Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• •Report any safety, security, electrical, or facility-related issues to the concerned team.
• •Assist during emergencies, evacuations, or medical situations.
• •Ensure company assets and property are protected.
• •Coordinate with the day-shift security team and provide proper handover.
• •Follow all company security procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• •Previous experience as a Security Officer / Security Guard preferred.
• •Experience in a corporate office or commercial premises will be an advantage.
• •Willingness to work night shifts .
• •Good observation and communication skills.
• •Physically fit and able to remain alert during the shift.
• •Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• •Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and emergency procedures is preferred.

Working Hours

Night Shift: As per company shift schedule.
