Wir suchen in diesem Jahr Saisonkräfte (m/w/d) für unseren landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb.

  • Aufgabengebiet:
  • verantwortliches Mitarbeiten im Team mit freundlichen Menschen, Schwerpunkt Freiland
  • Mithilfe bei der Pflanzung von Jungpflanzen und/oder Saatgut
  • Mithilfe bei der Kulturpflege (Unkrautbeseitigung)
  • Ernte von Gemüse in Ernteteams und die Sortierung nach Kundenwunsch
  • Ernte und Sortierung von Kartoffeln und Speisezwiebeln
  • Anforderungsprofil:
  • Vorkenntnisse in der Landwirtschaft sind nicht erforderlich
  • Führerschein der Klasse B ist von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ab 15.02.2026 benötigen wir 8 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d).
  • Ab 01.04.2026 benötigen wir 10 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d).
  • Ab 01.05.2026 benötigen wir 10 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d).
  • Ab 10.06.2026 benötigen wir 10 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d).
  • Unterkunft wird gestellt (Kosten pro Tag 12,00 € zzgl. einmalige Pauschale für Strom von 20 EUR und Endreinigung von 50 EUR) mit Spind und Kühlschrank/Zimmer. Wohnanlage mit Containern mit 2er/3er-Zimmern, abschließbaren Duschen nach Geschlechtern getrennt.
  • Verpflegung wird nicht gestellt; es kann eine Gemeinschaftsküche genutzt werden.

Der AG stellt den Transport zum/vom Feld sicher; Arbeitskleidung kann vom AG gestellt werden. Es besteht eine Ausgabeliste für Materialien mit Werten, die bei Nicht-Rückgabe dem Saisonarbeitenden in Rechnung gestellt wird. Einige Materialien werden gegen Kaution (hier: Verwahrgebühr) ausgegeben. Es wird nach Stunden (kein Akkordlohn) gezahlt und Pausen werden nicht vergütet; der AG verwendet einen Standart-AV nach EU-Regeln und informiert die Saisonkräfte über entsprechende Flyer.
