• We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Sales & Admin Associate to join our team in Lagos. This role suits an outgoing, ambitious professional who pairs strong organizational skills with creative social media flair and a technical edge. You will keep our administrative workflows running smoothly while supporting sales activity and helping our brand show up well online.

What You Will Do

Sales Support

Respond to customer and prospect inquiries promptly and professionally.

Support order processing, follow-ups, and customer communication.

Identify and follow up on sales opportunities with new and existing customers.

Maintain accurate sales records and report on activity and results.

Administration

Manage day-to-day administrative workflows, including documentation, filing, and scheduling.

Keep records, trackers, and shared files accurate and up to date.

Coordinate with internal teams to make sure tasks and requests are completed on time.

Prepare simple reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed.

Social Media and Digital Engagement

Create and support engaging social media content that reflects the Herbal Goodness brand.

Help monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online engagement.

Share ideas for campaigns, content, and ways to grow our digital presence.

What You Bring

A positive, energetic, and naturally outgoing personality.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A diligent work ethic and the ability to manage administrative workflows alongside sales responsibilities.

A creative eye for social media content and digital engagement.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfort with technology: proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or administration.

Experience creating content with tools such as Canva or similar design apps.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or CRM tools.

Interest in health, wellness, or natural products.

Compensation and Benefits

₦150,000 to ₦200,000 gross monthly, depending on experience.

Pension contribution in line with Nigerian statutory requirements.
