  • Unser Kunde ist seit vielen Jahren erfolgreich im Bereich Telemarketing tätig und sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams am Standort München mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im telefonischen Vertrieb (B2B) in Teilzeit. Es erwartet Sie ein langfristiger Einsatz mit der Option auf eine Übernahme.

Hinweis: Eine Tätigkeit im Homeoffice ist für diese Position leider nicht möglich.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Qualifizierung und Überprüfung von Unternehmensadressen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
  • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit Bestands- und potenziellen Geschäftskunden (B2B)
  • Sorgfältige Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden- und Stammdaten in den internen Systemen
  • Dokumentation der Gesprächsergebnisse und Datenänderungen
  • Anforderungen:
  • Freude an der aktiven Telefonie und am Kontakt mit Geschäftskunden (B2B)
  • Quereinsteiger*innen mit Interesse an Vertrieb und Kundenkommunikation sind herzlich willkommen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Anwendungen
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1-Niveau sind zwingend erforderlich
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
