Sales Arborist

Job Summary

As a Sales Arborist at TreeWiseMen you will assess clients' tree care needs, recommend the right solutions, and generate new business while building strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities

Meet with customers to assess tree care needs and provide professional recommendations.

Generate new business and grow the customer base.

Conduct site assessments and identify tree health, safety, and treatment needs.

Prepare and present estimates and proposals for services such as pruning, removal, fertilization, and pest management.

Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and follow up.

Work with the operations team to ensure services are completed as proposed and address customer concerns.

Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the CRM.

Stay current on arboriculture best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in arboriculture, tree care sales, or a related field.

ISA Certified Arborist preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months.

Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of tree health, biology, and care practices.

Strong communication and customer service skills .

Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Organized, self-motivated , and results driven.

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
