• This pay is good for the first 90 days (if you sell 10 units per month) after 90 days you will go to the traditional pay plan. We will cover that with you.
• You may qualify factory monthly bonus money, if you complete their requirements.

Responsibilities:

Making outbound phones calls to prospective and existing customers, with a willingness to accept and follow continuous phone training

Following up with prospective and existing customers

Follow up with customers via videos, email, text, and calls on information pertaining to their vehicle purchase

Complete daily tasks and keep up-to-date notes in the CRM

Address customer concerns by listening, demonstrating, and maintaining product knowledge

Spending time with customers to determine their needs

Taking customers on test drives while demonstrating vehicle features

Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle

Completing quotes and explaining finance options

Complete daily work activities as required by manager

Maintain Customer Satisfaction and achieve Higher CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)

Maintain overall dealership cleanliness.

Maintaining a strict competence of time management.
