Build the Future with AspenView Technology Partners

At AspenView, we are passionate about transforming the way organizations approach technology. We specialize in creating high-performing, nearshore IT teams to help North American clients innovate faster and more efficiently.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for exceptional people to join our team and help drive impactful change across industries.

Why Join AspenView?

At AspenView, we’re more than a nearshore IT partner, we’re a people-first, purpose-driven company that believes great culture drives great outcomes. We’re passionate about connecting talent and technology to deliver measurable value for clients, and meaningful career paths for our people.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Cloud Consultant to design and deliver revenue processes on Salesforce: pipeline and forecasting, territory and quota, quoting, and the sales operating model around them. Sales Cloud is mature and heavily configured in most enterprises, so the value in this role is judgement about what to simplify and retire, not enthusiasm for adding fields.

What You Will Do

Revenue Process Design

Design lead-to-opportunity process, sales stages, and the exit criteria that make forecasting mean something

Configure forecasting, territory management, quotas and sales-team hierarchies

Design opportunity and product structures that support quoting and revenue reporting

Sales Operations Enablement

Build pipeline and forecast reporting sales leadership will actually run the business on

Implement sales automation with Flow, and retire the automation nobody uses

Configure Sales Engagement or equivalent prospecting tooling where it is warranted

Integration and Data

Define the account and contact data model, and the integration with ERP and finance for orders

Design data-quality rules for the records forecasting depends on

Advisory and Adoption

Run discovery with sales leadership and sales operations

Challenge configuration requests that encode a broken process rather than fix it

Drive adoption through measurement rather than mandate

What You Bring

3+ years delivering Sales Cloud implementations, including hands-on delivery on at least one forecasting or territory programme

Strong command of:

Sales Cloud configuration: opportunities, products, price books, forecasting, territory management

Quoting, and the boundary between Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud and an external quoting system

Flow-based sales automation and sales reporting and dashboards

Account and contact data architecture, including hierarchy and duplicate management

Salesforce Certified Agentforce Sales Consultant (formerly Sales Cloud Consultant) required; Administrator required

Commercial understanding of how a sales organisation runs — coverage, quota, pipeline coverage ratios

Evidence of having simplified part of a Sales Cloud implementation, with the outcome

Professional English — able to run requirement and design conversations directly with North American stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

This is a contributor role, not a task-execution role. The team already has people who deliver what they are handed. What it needs is people who question whether the right thing is being built, and say so.

Holds a point of view and states it, including to senior stakeholders and including after a decision has been made when new evidence warrants reopening it.

Asks why a process, data model, or delivery standard exists before extending it, rather than replicating an incumbent pattern because it is the incumbent pattern.

Surfaces risk, ambiguity, and weak requirements at the moment they are noticed — not at the sprint review, and not at go-live.

Works past the assigned ticket: proposes better approaches, improves what sits around the work, and leaves the team’s practice stronger than it was found.

Argues from evidence and changes position on evidence. Comfortable being wrong in public, uncomfortable staying quiet

Success Indicators

Forecast accuracy improves against a stated baseline

Sales leadership runs forecast calls from Salesforce rather than from a spreadsheet

Field and automation counts fall while process coverage holds

Sales user adoption is measured and rising

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience

Languaje

Professional English, with the ability to run requirement and design conversations directly with North American stakeholders.
