- Execute commission administration including seller and manager access, approval tracking, dispute resolution, and updates to earnings information throughout the year.
- Execute Salesforce data adjustments required for accurate commission calculations, including overrides, exceptions, splits, Regional Multi-Year Bonus qualifications, deal prorations, Division AOI and Teams Goals tracking, and bi-weekly data quality checks.
- Perform quarterly and annual commission reconciliations to validate calculations, identify discrepancies, and support accurate and timely payments.
- Produce bi-weekly executive scorecards and compensation reports summarizing sales performance, commissions, and payment obligations.
- Analyze historical compensation and sales data to identify trends, variances, data issues, and opportunities for improved reporting and accuracy.
- Support annual budget reporting and forecasting by providing commission data, historical trends, and analysis to Finance and Sales leadership.
- Maintain commission dashboards and reporting by combining data from Salesforce, the commission platform, and other business systems.

- Respond to seller and manager questions regarding commission calculations, payments, reporting, and platform functionality, resolving issues or coordinating with the appropriate team.
- Maintain field guides, training materials, and communications related to commission processes, deadlines, payment timelines, and system updates.
- Identify and support process improvements, including opportunities for automation, improved reporting, and use of AI tools to increase accuracy and reduce manual effort.

- Experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, with an understanding of how CRM data flows into downstream reporting and commission calculations.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools and the ability to build and maintain management-facing reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of sales compensation concepts including commissions, draws, advances, splits, multi-year deals, prorations, exceptions, and reconciliations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy when working with confidential compensation and financial information.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage recurring reporting cycles, payment deadlines, and multiple requests simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify the underlying cause of data or calculation issues.
