Automotive salespeople transition seamlessly—your skills transfer directly, and we provide full RV-specific training. What You’ll Do

• •Greet and connect with customers visiting our showroom and lot
• •Showcase premium inventory with engaging walk-throughs and live demonstrations
• •Listen to customer needs and match them with the ideal RV from top brands
• •Use our modern CRM to manage leads, follow up, and build lasting relationships
• •Negotiate and close deals while maximizing profit and customer satisfaction
• •Hit and exceed monthly sales goals in a fast-paced, rewarding atmosphere

EDUCATION:
