What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll help customers bring their home dreams to life. Using your positive energy, product knowledge, and communication skills , you’ll deliver an outstanding shopping experience from the moment they walk in the door to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and guide customers through our showroom and website to find the perfect solutions for their home

Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored recommendations

Maintain a high level of professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm

Drive sales by meeting and exceeding personal and team goals

Follow up on open quotes and orders to ensure a smooth delivery experience

Handle escalations with professionalism and creativity

Stay organized with scheduling, order tracking, and customer communication

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• •High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• •Customer service and people skills, selling to customer needs
• •Product knowledge. General math skills
• •Excellent communication, organizational, listening and leadership skills
• •Initiative to meet assigned sales goals, missions and objectives
• •Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport
