DAS ERWARTET DICH

  • Unsere Kunden stecken mitten in der digitalen Transformation. Cloud, Hybrid Work, wachsende Cyber-Risiken und zunehmend komplexe Infrastrukturen prägen ihren Alltag. Gemeinsam mit unserem Kompetenzteam begleitest du sie bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung zukunftssicherer Lösungen im Bereich Networking (LAN/WLAN, WAN) und Security (Firewall, Clients & Server, User & Devices, Applications)
  • Du betreust unsere MR-Kunden ganzheitlich über die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit hinweg. Vom ersten Strategiegespräch bis zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen
  • Dabei arbeitest du proaktiv mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen zusammen, insbesondere mit unserem technischen Innendienst und Presales-Team.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Vertrieb identifizierst und entwickelst du neue Geschäftspotenziale, akquirierst aktiv Neukunden und baust bestehende Partnerschaften strategisch weiter aus.
  • Deine Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit sind deine Markenzeichen, dies bringst du sowohl bei Kundenterminen, auf Fachmessen oder bei Ausstellungen zum Ausdruck

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise im Bereich IT-Systemkaufleute oder Vergleichbares (IT-Ausbildung)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerk & Security sowie ein gutes Gespür für moderne IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Praxis im IT- oder Projektmanagement
  • Technisches Verständnis und echte Begeisterung für neue Technologien
  • Eine strukturierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Verlässlichkeit im Alltag
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
