WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll support the sales team with a variety of tasks. In this role, you will:

• •Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
• •Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
• •Coordinate meetings, site visits, and other sales-related events.
• •Respond to client inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
• •Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• •Monitor sales metrics and generate reports for management.
• •Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the sales department.
