What You'll Do

• •Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional support through phone and email communications.
• •Act as a trusted resource for customers by answering questions, providing information, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• •Collaborate with suppliers to review artwork, proofs, and project materials while ensuring compliance with client requirements and brand standards.
• •Coordinate the approval and processing of project deliverables.
• •Take ownership of customer and vendor requests, proactively identifying solutions and escalating issues when needed to ensure timely resolution.
• •Partner closely with cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and exceed client expectations.

Requirements
