Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Internal Sales suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Sales Coordinator (m/w/d) für den Bereich Croda Beauty 📍 Nettetal (Niederrhein) | 📅 Start: sofort | ⏳ Befristet bis 10/2027 Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung unserer Kunden im Bereich Croda Beauty in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst & Marketing
  • Bearbeitung von technischen und kommerziellen Kundenanfragen
  • Kommunikation und Koordination mit unseren weltweiten Herstellungswerken und der Zentrale in England Erstellung von Angeboten, sowie Preispflege (SAP)
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenrundschreiben
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Datenbankpflege (CRM-System)

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Internal Sales
  • Gute SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick, Engagement und Belastbarkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamgeist
