The Sales Development Analyst is responsible for driving revenue-generating activities across lead qualifications, prospect engagement, CRM data quality, and eCommerce Customer Onboarding .

This role helps connect Marketing, Sales, eCommerce and Commercial Operations by ensuring leads, customer onboarding activities and commercial data are managed consistently, actioned efficiently and visible through appropriate systems and reporting. The role focuses on business growth, customer acquisition, and data quality.
