Tenor is the AI coaching platform that the world's biggest companies use to make their leaders better — through realistic, voice-driven simulations.
We're early-stage, VC-backed, and growing fast. Our customers include names you'd recognize instantly, and our product sells itself once people see it.
We're hiring an SDR to join a growth team that's already winning. You'll have outbound playbooks that convert, the best GTM AI tools in the game, and a team that will make you sharper every week.
This is primarily a phone role — you'll be dialing into F500s and having real conversations with senior leaders. LinkedIn is your second channel.
If you want to be at an AI startup that works with the world's best companies, learn from a founding team that's done this before, and have a growth experinece you'll look back on — keep reading!
You:
You've got about a year of SDR experience under your belt — ideally in enterprise SaaS — and you're hungry for more
You can get a senior L&D leader at a Fortune 500 on the phone and hold a conversation that feels warm, insightful, and authentic
You write the way you talk: clearly, with personality
LinkedIn isn't just a tool for you — it's a weapon
You're fired up about AI, curious about the future of leadership, and you want to sell something you actually believe in
You thrive with autonomy but you're at your best inside a tight, high-trust team that pushes each other
You know your way around Sales Nav, HubSpot, and modern outbound tools — and if you don't, you'll figure it out fast
The Role:
Your north star will be the number of meetings attended by qualified personas at Tenor’s ICP - and your variable comp is structured to reward your successes here
You’ll run outbound prospecting across multiple channels, with phone being your primary
You’ll help create and refine messaging, sequences, and targeting - and double down on what works
You’ll bring insight from your conversations back to the team to help us iterate on positioning, product, and strategy
Benefits:
Competitive base salary and variable comp structure
An equity stake - you’ll have ownership in what we’re building
Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
401(k)
Generous PTO policy
Annual learning and development stipend
Home office setup budget
Regular offsites and retreats — we like being in person whenever we can!
Conference travel
A chance to do the best work of your career, on something that really matters
