About Rate My Mortgage: we deliver qualified, ready-to-talk mortgage leads to brokers across Canada. We're growing our broker network and looking for a confident phone closer to help us do it.

  • What you'll do
  • - Call mortgage brokers from our provided list (no prospecting from scratch)
  • - Introduce our paid lead trial and handle objections
  • - Close brokers on a fixed-price trial offer (no negotiating required)
  • - Log calls and outcomes in our CRM and dialer
  • - Adapt our script outline to your own style
  • What we offer
  • - 30% commission on every broker's first trial purchase, paid after payment clears
  • - Lead list, CRM and dialer provided
  • - Set your own hours; the more you close, the more you earn
  • - Fast start: begin calling within days of signing
  • You'll be a fit if you
  • - Are based in Canada
  • - Speak fluent, clear, professional English
  • - Have closed deals over the phone (B2B, outbound, or commission sales)
  • - Are comfortable with performance-based pay
  • - Bonus: experience in mortgages, real estate, lending, or financial services
