Sales Development Representative Full Time (Healthcare/Pharmaceutical/Dental Industry)

And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to conduct outbound sales to potential healthcare customers. This role involves managing a sales pipeline, nurturing leads, and ensuring consistent communication to help grow the client's business.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Manage a CRM tool to track leads and update their status.

Nurture and convert leads into sales through consistent communication.

Tools & Platforms Required

Microsoft Office (Teams & Outlook)/ Google work space

Dialer: RingCentral/ AirCall/Bling/OpenPhone

CRM: HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive/Zoho

Qualifications:

At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare sales industry

Experience in healthcare lead generation/sales development (required)- preferably with experience in the pharmaceutical/dental field (a plus)

Has experience in cold calling and sending out emails to sell to potential customers

CRM Management

Technical Requirements:

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Working Webcam

Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

• Salary: PHP 46,000 to PHP 65,000/month plus HMO
