Job Description – Sales Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Department: Sales / Technical Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking and results-oriented Sales Engineer . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing existing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing technically appropriate solutions that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will work closely with customers, sales executives, engineers and technical teams throughout the sales cycle to successfully convert opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and sales of engineering products
Conducting customer visits and presentations
Providing customer support and training
Following up on payments
Preparing reports and documentation
Handling product service-related activities

Required Skills & Experience

1–5 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer or similar role.
Proven track record of selling complex technology/enterprise solutions .
Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
Strong technical background with an understanding of, or hands-on experience in, software development and web technologies preferred.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into suitable technical solutions.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand pricing, costing and business cases.
Self-motivated, hardworking and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, demonstrations and business development activities.

Educational Qualification

Diploma ,Mech with 2+ Years Exp ,BE in Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation /Aeronautical

Key Competencies

Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid two-wheeler license
Willingness to trave
Sound knowledge of basic engineering principles Key Responsibilities:
