Why this role?

As Sales Manager, Channel Partnerships, you will play a key role in accelerating KONE's growth through our partner network. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, activating and developing channel partners, turning partnership opportunities into tangible business results.

This is a highly visible international role where you will collaborate with Front Line teams, Area stakeholders and Global Channel Partnership teams to drive modernization sales and expand KONE's market reach.

What will you do?

  • Identify, recruit and onboard targeted Independent Service Providers (ISPs) and strategic partners.
  • Drive partners from onboarding through to their first order, ensuring rapid commercial activation.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline together with partners, Areas and Front Line organizations.
  • Generate and convert modernization opportunities into orders, driving unit sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop repeat business and increase sales volumes from existing partners.
  • Monitor and deliver key commercial KPIs including partner onboarding, active ordering partners, units sold and order intake.
  • Work cross-functionally to remove commercial and operational barriers impacting sales performance.
  • Provide regular performance updates, identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to leadership.
  • Support the continuous development of KONE's channel partnership model and value proposition.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong sales experience within the elevator, escalator or related technical B2B industry.
  • Proven track record in modernization sales and business development.
  • Experience working for an elevator supplier or in a closely related industry.
  • Good understanding of modernization solutions and technical customer environments.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to turn opportunities into business growth.
  • Fluent English and Spanish; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
