  • Die klassische Kaltakquise gibt es bei uns nicht. Zu Ihrer Kernaufgabe gehört die Betreuung Ihres bestehenden regionalen Kundenstamms und damit die intensive Pflege und Vertiefung unserer partnerschaftlichen Beziehungen. Dadurch bringen Sie Ihr Gebiet langfristig voran, beweisen sich im Vertrieb und legen den Grundstein für Ihre weiterführende Karriere bei Hilti.

Ihr Profil:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Sie bringen erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit, idealerweise haben Sie diese bereits im Vertriebsaußendienst gesammelt
  • Sie sind stolz auf Ihre Erfolge im Vertrieb und wollen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen
  • Sie sprechen die Sprache des Kunden – klar prägnant und auf Ihre Gesprächspartner angepasst
  • Sie gehen bei der Organisation Ihrer Arbeitswoche strukturiert und zielorientiert vor, um Ihre ambitionierten Ziele zu erreichen
  • Sie nehmen Training als Chance wahr und haben Spaß an Veränderung
