Ihre Aufgaben

Verfassen von Angeboten in Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenbetreuern
Auftragserfassung und -abwicklung
Erstellen der Ausgangsrechnungen und Rechnungskontrolle
Telefonische Kunden- und Lieferantenbetreuung inkl. Beschwerdemanagement
Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Kolleg/-innen in Verkauf, Logistik und Produktion

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung
Erste Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung bzw. im Verkaufsinnendienst von Vorteil
Teamplayer/in mit Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent
Interesse an einer Bürotätigkeit mit Kundenkontakt
Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse, kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

Für diese Position bieten wir ein monatliches Bruttogehalt ab € 2.200,--. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt orientiert sich an Ihrer Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation. Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Die Stelle unterliegt dem KV für Angestellte im Güterbeförderungsgewerbe.
