Für unseren Kunden suchen wir im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung einen engagierten Sales Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf dem internationalen B2B-Vertrieb.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im europäischen Markt
  • Aktive Neukundenakquise sowie Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Marktpotenziale
  • Durchführung von Verkaufs- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Aufbau, Betreuung und Koordination internationaler Vertriebspartner und Handelsvertretungen
  • Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche im In- und Ausland
  • Erstellung von Markt- und Vertriebsanalysen sowie Reporting an die Vertriebsleitung

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, vorzugsweise in der Automobilzuliefer-, Hydraulik-, Industrie- oder technischen Fertigungsbranche
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, zielorientierte und praxisnahe Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie Kundenorientierung
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse, insbesondere Französisch, von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 30 bis 60 %
